Warren S. Oliveri, Jr.

Partner

Warren, a life-long Washingtonian, is a founding member of Oliveri & Tammadge. His practice is devoted to commercial real estate, including the purchase and sale of commercial office buildings and shopping centers, lending documentation regarding those properties, as well as all aspects of office, industrial and retail leasing, both from a landlord’s and tenant’s perspective.

He lectures extensively to the commercial real estate community as well as to other lawyers through continuing legal education courses. Warren is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Bureau in Maryland, which has provided the free delivery of civil legal services to low-income members of our community for over 100 years. He received both his undergraduate and law school degrees from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Kathleen D. Tammadge

Partner

Katy Tammadge is a founding member and has been practicing law since 1992. In that time she has developed specialties in business and real estate transactions. Katy has extensive experience in the leasing, acquisition, financing, and disposition of commercial real property, as well as with the formation, purchase, and sale of businesses.

Katy was born in Washington D.C. but spent much of her childhood in New York. She received her Bachelor’s degree (cum laude) from the State University of New York at Albany (1987). In 1988, she returned to D.C. to attend law school at Georgetown University (J.D., 1991, cum laude) and has lived here ever since with her husband, Jim. Katy is the author of “Women Associates Advancement to Partner Status in Private Law Firms,” published in Georgetown’s Journal of Legal Ethics in 1990. Katy is an ardent traveler, who enjoys riding motorcycles, scuba diving, and practicing yoga and tai chi.

Danielle Erkmann

of Counsel

Danielle concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, general corporate and business representation, and general contract law.  Her practice entails complex commercial lease and contract negotiation and general business, corporate and professional organization representation. She represents a wide variety of clients including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, non-profits, start-up businesses and individuals. 

 

Danielle has extensive experience representing landlords in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.  In addition to representing numerous landlords while in private practice, Danielle spent nearly four years as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel at Elme Communities (formerly WashREIT), a publicly-traded REIT, where she was responsible for all commercial leases entered into by the company and led the legal leasing department.  Danielle graduated from the James E. Rogers College of Law in 2001.
